Terryberry is searching for a Wellness Account Executive who will report to the Vice President – Wellness. Do you have a passion for Wellbeing? A history of success selling with Brokers/Consultants and Carriers? Can you manage the sales cycle from prospecting to demonstration to close? We are searching for a seasoned professional ready to make big moves!

Responsibilities:

  • Revenue generation for a strong growth business in the Terryberry portfolio, PEPM-based
  • Building and evolving relationships with the Broker/Consultant community
  • Share feedback to assist with Product Roadmap
  • Be an active voice on the Wellness team, have an opinion, don’t be shy about sharing it
  • Strong Salesforce hygiene – we are a Private Equity-owned company, and accuracy in the CRM tool matters

Skills and Experience

  • 5-10 years’ experience in Wellness sales
  • Experience in selling to the Broker/Consultant world and preferably Payors/Carriers is necessary
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or comparable CRM tool
  • Familiarity with accurately projecting monthly sales figures in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Understanding of sales velocity and how to move deals forward
  • Have a Wellbeing vision - have opinions on the changing Wellbeing marketplace, and how Terryberry can best meet those needs
  • Excellent communicator, both oral and written

Senior Product Marketing Specialist

Grand Rapids, MI

Terryberry is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Specialist to join our growing Marketing team. As the Senior Product Marketing Specialist, you will be committed to being a Terryberry product expert and passionate about employee engagement.  You will be responsible for delivering compelling product stories that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will work closely with the Marketing and Product & Technology Teams to develop messaging and marketing execution that sets our products apart from competitors and resonates with our target audience. You will also organize and manage our quarterly product & feature GTM process to ensure that our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success Teams have effective messaging and content to support every release.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop platform & product positioning and craft clear, differentiated, benefit-driven product messaging that addresses customer needs and motivations
  • Create and manage product marketing content and communications that can be used to generate awareness and intent in our marketing funnel, including content for our website, blog posts, email campaigns, PR, etc.
  • Manage GTM process to support our quarterly product & feature releases. (Note – key stakeholders include Sales, Marketing, and Customer Teams)
  • Partner with Marketing Team to develop product content, communications, and marketing execution strategy to drive awareness and intent
  • Partner with Sales Enablement to develop product content and collateral to support Sales Training and the Sales processes to drive intent and purchase
  • Partner with Customer Success to develop product customer communications to inform and excite our customers, driving retention and up-sell
  • Adopt a continuous improvement mindset by conducting analyses of data / surveys / reporting / customer interviews to identify growth opportunities.
  • Function as a key member of the Terryberry Global Marketing Team, and collaborate closely with the Product & Technology Team, Sales Team, and Customer Success Team.

Skills and Experience

  • 3 years’ experience in a hands-on SaaS B2B Product Marketing role.
  • Customer mindset that seeks to understand customer needs and motivations
  • Market mindset that seeks to understand trends and points of difference amongst our competitive set
  • Excellent creative and business writing skills
  • Strong design sensibility and ability to work in Microsoft Suite, Canva, Adobe Suite, and CMS (WordPress preferred)

Engagement Solutions Onboarding Specialist

Grand Rapids, MI

Terryberry’s Engagement Solutions Onboarding Specialist is responsible for setting our customers up for success from the point of sale through a successful implementation. They will maintain and help ensure the excitement of each new customer throughout the onboarding process; educating on best practices, coordinating across teams to deliver value as quickly as possible, and creating a loyal customer base from the very beginning of the customer’s lifecycle. Following a successful onboarding, the Specialist will ensure a proper handover to the Customer Success team.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the entire onboarding process from the point of sale through successful implementation; setting up customers for immediate success
  • Create initiatives that help to drive successful product implementation
  • Help the customer define their needs and manage their timeline toward seeing value
  • Work with sales, product, and support teams to ensure that each piece of the journey meets customer expectations
  • Complete video and phone calls to ensure that customers are supported during the onboarding process
  • Build evergreen content and resources for customers to use for education and to drive rapid product adoption
  • Create repeatable processes, resources, and frameworks to use when onboarding customers
  • Successfully transfer your customer relationship to a Customer Success Manager after onboarding
  • Solve new customer technical issues and requests
  • Create Success Potential vectors for the Customer Journey

Skills and Experience

  • 3+ years’ experience in Customer Success and/or a similar role
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Top notch customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, high attention to detail
  • Ability to work well both independently and across teams; self-motivated and driven

Customer Account Manager

Grand Rapids, MI

Terryberry is looking for a customer-focused, service-oriented individual to join our Customer Experience Team. Our ideal candidate has customer service experience and thrives in building relationships with customers.  Individuals should have professional communications skills (written and verbal), intermediate Excel skills and perform well in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with recognition program administrators within assigned accounts.
  • Customer onboarding & account setup.
  • Document account program details & instructions.
  • Build and maintain recognition program details in ERP (ROES).
  • Process & upload employee lists to Awardchoice.
  • Update & quote pricing upon request.
  • Enter or upload, review, confirm and submit orders accurately, including tooling details.
  • Utilize Salesforce and process sheet to create re-order cadences and tasks.
  • Update accounts, orders & cadences as changes occur.
  • Support customer online programs, including employee lists, communications, login instructions, and brochure orders.
  • Assist program administrators with website award links.
  • Create business opportunities for existing customers in Salesforce.
  • Back-up team members as necessary, along with other duties as assigned.

Skills and Experience

  • Exceptional customer service skills, including 2+ years previous experience and proven ability to develop and maintain relationships.
  • Up-to-date technical skills including the ability to work with dual-screen monitors, intermediate Excel and Outlook skills, and the ability to learn and effectively use new software.
  • Excellent professional written & verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize and manage time efficiently.
  • Solid problem-solving skills
  • High degree of attention to detail and organizational skills.
