This webinar utilizes the FSDI (Failure, Stress, & Discomfort Index) as an entry point to explore how personality tendencies interact. Using tactical empathy skills, participants will learn how to increase harmony and decrease conflict in interactions between different personalities in the workplace.

In this webinar, participants will learn to:

  • Identify their own personality tendencies, utilizing the FSDI (Failure, Stress, & Discomfort Index) (Understanding Self).
  • Identify how their personality tendencies interact with others to create harmony & conflict in interpersonal interactions & communication.
  • Learn how different personalities perceive failure, stress, discomfort, & conflict.
  • Create a “practice script” for how to frame their own tendencies to people who may or may not react & respond the same way they do.
