Failure Lab & Terryberry Partner Webinar – Feedback: Hear & Be Heard

Webinar

10/17 | 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM ET

Failure Lab helps communities, organizations, and individuals remove failure-based roadblocks to innovation, collaboration, and creative thinking. Through human-centered empathic leadership training, we are pushing back on the fear of failure, working to build psychologically safe organizational cultures, and encouraging the intelligent risk-taking necessary for innovation.

This webinar utilizes the FSDI (Failure, Stress, & Discomfort Index) as an entry point to explore how personality tendencies impact how we give and receive feedback in the workplace. Guided by self-reflection, participants will learn how to deliver effective feedback, both affirmative and redirective.

Learning Objectives:

  • Identify personality tendencies, utilizing the FSDI (Failure, Stress, & Discomfort Index) (Understanding Self).
  • Identify how personality tendencies impact feelings & preferences around feedback.
  • Practice communication frameworks for both affirmative (keep doing what you are doing) and redirective (stop/change what you are doing) feedback to create harmony in the workplace.
