INFORMATION YOUR IT TEAM WILL NEED TO ADD WORKIFY TO YOUR WHITELIST

Making sure Workify has been whitelisted is pivotal to ensure all employees receive the survey.

In most cases, it’s sufficient to simply whitelist emails coming from ‘@getworkify.com’.

If you have stricter IT security in place, you may need the following additional whitelisting information to ensure all surveys will be received by your employees:

  • The ‘Header From’ address will be support@getworkify.com and the ‘Header Name’ is typically “You Company Name (via Workify)”
  • Additionally, our emails are generated from the following IP address: 198.2.135.111
  • Emails we send are html, with links embedded as images
  • Please ensure your default setting enables images to be downloaded from Workify emails
