Today’s WOW Wednesday comes from Tammy.
She says: “We do a ‘Way To Go’ paper on our door for the month. Anyone in the dept can put a sticky note if you have done or helped someone that month. Then they are removed the end of the month and put in a binder and we go over the binder at the end of the year when performance evaluations are done. Each month a new one goes up on the door.”
