Ashley Ward is the visionary founder and CEO of W Talent Solutions, a national executive recruiting and talent strategy firm based in Grand Rapids and Detroit, Michigan. A certified expert in psychometric assessment tools, including Predictive Index, Ashley excels in conducting large talent strategy workshops. With a remarkable track record of over 20,000 professional candidate interviews, she has successfully placed numerous high-level executives nationwide.
In 2017, Ashley established W Talent Solutions with a philanthropic vision, dedicating ten percent of its profits to support nonprofits aiding women and children in her communities.
