Stress Management & Burnout Prevention can be understood as emotional intelligence turned inward.
Utilizing the Failure Lab Archetype Assessment as an entry point, this webinar will use the Failure Lab lens to explore participants’ individual relationships with failure, stress, & discomfort. Using this reflection as a starting point, we will explore how chronic stress, left unaddressed, inevitably results in burnout.
We will consider how our individual relationship with failure & stress can inform the tactical skills of stress management, and we will take time to practice several quick, easy tools of stress management & self-regulation that can be utilized in the moment and on the job.
Learning Objectives:
- Learn how to self-reflect on failure & stress at an individual level, via the Failure Archetype Assessment tool.
- Explore the relationship between chronic stress & burnout and how this applies to your employees in the workplace.
- Learn tactical skills of stress management that you can teach your employees to create high-performing and healthy teams.
- Learn several simple, quick, easy tools of stress management & self-regulation that can be utilized in the workplace to create a mentally healthy & psychologically safe environment for team members.

She specializes in stress reduction techniques and training, accessible compassion and empathy practices, and team communication dynamics. In this capacity, she has hospital resident groups, collegiate educators, corporate teams, and thousands of individual students.
Larissa is a voracious reader, lover of cats, and tackler of ridiculous home improvement projects.
