Rebecca Horton & Terryberry Partner Webinar – Creating an Empathetic and Emotionally Healthy Workplace
Webinar04/24 | 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM ET
What’s at stake when employees feel unsafe to speak up, make a mistake, disagree with teammates, or even fail? Their emotional well-being is at risk.
When employees withdraw for fear of embarrassment or even retribution, organizations suffer. When psychological safety is present, empathy abounds and organizations solve problems faster, innovate better, and mitigate burnout and turnover.
MillerKnoll advocates for empathetic and emotionally healthy workplaces. One lever we pull to achieve this is through psychological safety.
During our introductory workshop, we’ll examine individual personal psychological safety and learn the habits to ensure your organization is collaborative, empathetic, inclusive, and resilient.
Learning Objectives:
- Introduction to Psychological Safety
- Brain Fundamentals
- Safeguarding Brain Health for Yourself and Colleagues
