Terryberry Product Spotlight – Your employees have feedback to share, are you listening?
Webinar02/28 | 2:00 PM - 2:30 PM ET
Employee engagement remains at all-time lows. According to a study by Forbes, 61% of employees are burnt out and disengaged. Disengaged employees cost U.S. companies up to $550 billion a year while engaged teams show 21% greater profitability. The best way to solve for disengagement is to listen to your employees and take action on their feedback. 89% of HR leaders agree ongoing feedback is key to successful outcomes.
That is where Terryberry can help. Terryberry’s ‘Be Heard’ solution is a companion to our core ‘Be Recognized’ platform. It offers companies the ability to listen and recognize your employees without multiple vendors or disparate solutions.
Join us for this product spotlight in which our ‘Be Heard’ product manager, Travis Poppleton, talks about how we can help organizations listen to their employees and create a baseline benchmark for employee feedback.
