Neil France
Neil has worked with global clients for over twenty-five years both face-to-face and globally, delivering concise, focused training sessions on topics from Leadership, Sales, Communication, Dealing with Conflict and Negotiation skills.
Neil enjoys creating an exciting, challenging and most importantly relevant series of sessions that will guide a client’s team to developing the capabilities they need to succeed in their roles in their working environment.
Neil’s strength lies in developing a motivating learning experience for delegates using both innovative and established training approaches.
He is a Master Practitioner for the NBI whole brain thinking profile and how it can support the development of personnel no matter what level of experience they possess. By helping them understand how their dominant thinking preferences influence behaviour they learn how this can impact upon their success rate.
Neil has one goal when supporting his clients and that is to help them achieve beyond that which they had thought possible.
A common denominator to all of Neil’s work is the confirmation with the client of the goals required from the session. This brings a clear focus on all of his training and the learning points for each session.
As Neil says…“people have everything they need already, it is just sometimes they need a little help to make it a reality in their lives”.
Neil has been creating and delivering professional skills training for over 25 years on most continents and revels in the opportunity to explore and support new industries with his no-nonsense, practical and fun approach to training. Originally qualified as an industrial chemist he spent six years selling in the Eastern Cape South Africa in the Water Treatment market before returning to the UK to establish a successful training consultancy.
